

Professional Experience
Aimee is an associate with Walter & Haverfield LLP and is a member of the Firm's Municipal Law, Public Law and Education Law practice groups. Currently serving as the Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Hudson, Ohio, Aimee has considerable experience representing public entities, including cities, villages, townships and school boards and districts, in the areas of land use, planning and zoning, code enforcement, storm water management, including U.S. EPA and Ohio EPA mandates, public improvement projects, nuisance abatement, eminent domain, records retention, Ohio's Sunshine Laws, election issues and more.
Prior to joining the Firm, Aimee gained municipal law experience through her work in a thriving outer ring suburb dealing with the issues of rapid residential and commercial development, including planning and zoning concerns, storm water management, code enforcement, codified ordinance revisions, administrative appeals and municipal litigation. Aimee also worked with a smaller community committed to the redevelopment of its aging buildings and infrastructure and the preservation of its limited green space.

In the area of education law, Aimee provides counseling on numerous issues including, records retention, public records and open meeting law, election issues, and the acquisition and disposition of school property.
