

Professional Experience
Carl Dyczek is a partner with Walter & Haverfield and a member of the Business Group. Mr. Dyczek focuses his practice on finance and lending transactions and commercial real estate matters. He represents banks, conduit lenders, and other institutional lenders in senior debt financing, asset based lending, floor plan and dealer finance, commercial real estate loans and mezzanine financing. Mr. Dyczek also represents those clients in loan workout and forbearance matters. He has significant experience in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real property.
