- Drafted loan documents for regional thrift with respect to financing of acquisition, development, and construction of single-family and multi-family residential subdivisions
- Negotiated and documented stock acquisition of commercial steel fabrication company in Maryland
- Negotiated and documented real estate acquisition of large former cement plant in Pennsylvania
- Negotiated and documented stock acquisition of cast-in-place concrete manufacturer in Virginia
