December 16, 2008 - In the on-line version of The New York Times, Gary was quoted in the article entitled, "Investors With Madoff May Get Tax Relief;" in which he commented on the "theft-loss" tax rule and its possible use by investors victimized in the Bernard Madoff scandal.
