Municipal Representation

Jon is the Law Director and Prosecutor for the Village of Cuyahoga Heights, and he is the prosecutor for the cities of Pepper Pike and Richmond Heights. He was the founding President of the Northeast Ohio Municipal Prosecutors’ Association. He has served as special counsel to numerous municipalities for special prosecution and police matters, investigation of alleged Sunshine Law improprieties, and many employment-related issues.
