

Professional Experience
Jonathan is one of Walter & Haverfield’s most experienced trial attorneys. While he is most comfortable in the courtroom, he represents a broad range of business, municipal and private clients in all phases of the litigation process. He has been honored by Law & Politics magazine as an Ohio Super Lawyer in Employment & Labor Law, Litigation Services, and most recently in Business Litigation.
Professional Experience
White Collar Criminal Defense
Jonathan is currently municipal prosecutor for the City of Pepper Pike and the Village of Cuyahoga Heights. He has represented these municipalities in excess of 10 years. Jon has also been appointed as Special Prosecutor for the cities of Beachwood, Solon and Westlake. He is the "substitute" prosecutor for the City of Shaker Heights.
Jon frequently lectures on various municipal criminal prosecution issues. He is the founding President of the Northeast Ohio Municipal Prosecutors Association. Jon also teaches at his alma mater, Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he is an adjunct professor of trial practice.
