

Professional Experience
Marc Bloch was an attorney for the National Labor Relations Board from 1969-1972. He worked at Duvin, Cahn & Hutton, LPA from 1973-2007 and at Littler Mendelson, P.C. from 2007-2008. His practice focuses on all aspects of labor relations for both private and public sector clients. He provides day-to-day advice and counsel to clients regarding contract administration and interpretation. He has served as the chief negotiator for numerous collective bargaining agreements in both the private and public sectors.

Marc Bloch is a member of the Cleveland and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Employment and Labor Law Group, Committee on Development of Law under the National Labor Relations Act. He served as President and Vice-President of the Cleveland Public Sector Labor Relations Association from 1986-1988. He is a frequent lecturer for the Industrial Relations Center of Cleveland State University and has also lectured at the American Bar Association Annual Mid-Winter Meeting of the Development of the Law Under the NLRA Committee. Marc Bloch co-authored "Working to Rule and Other Alternate Job Actions" published in The Labor Lawyer, Volume 9, No. 2, Spring 1993.
