

Professional Experience
An experienced trial, appellate, and transactional lawyer, Todd devotes considerable time in his law practice to advising organizational entities with respect to legislation and regulations affecting their operations, handling administrative hearings and appeals for administrative agencies and for those entities and individuals appearing before such agencies, and managing and trying a wide range of civil cases. As a former athlete and AAU coach, Todd has directed his passion for sports into his legal practice representing a college athletic conference in litigation-related and administrative legal matters, including handling major federal court litigation involving the NCAA infractions and regulatory processes, civil rights claims, and state employment/tort claims. He has successfully defended a wide variety of cases involving civil rights and tort litigation, public employment and labor issues, and construction and supply contracts. Todd also represents local government entities both as general and special counsel and heads the firm's Municipal Law Practice Group.
