Kevin is a partner in the firm's Real Estate practice group. He focuses his practice on the following principal types of transactions:

- Office, Industrial, Cell Tower and Retail Lease Transactions
Kevin is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio.
Kevin has drafted and negotiated numerous easement and license agreements, including reciprocal easement agreements, utilities easements, ingress and egress easements, and declarations of easements, restrictions and conditions.
Representative Matters
- Representation of a private developer in the preparation of a portfolio of 22 regional shopping centers for sale.
- Representation of both landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail space, office space, warehouses and industrial parks.
- Drafting and negotiation of numerous easement and license agreements, including reciprocal easement agreements, utilities easements, ingress and egress easements, and declarations of easements, restrictions and conditions.
- Review and analysis of surveys, title commitments and other due diligence materials in various jurisdictions.
- Representation of a public company in plant acquisitions and sales of chemical plants in the following states: Iowa, Ohio, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Texas and Wisconsin; and in the following foreign jurisdictions: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, England, France, Mexico, Slovenia, South Africa and Venezuela.
- Representation of a NYSE-listed REIT in the acquisition of a national self-storage portfolio.
- Representation of a private developer in the acquisition, development, disposition and leasing of a 40-acre retail, entertainment and "lifestyle" center.
- Representation of several national NYSE-listed cellular service providers in the preparation and negotiation of cell tower leases in the Midwest.
- Representation of NYSE-listed REIT in connection with the disposition, acquisition, development and re-development of shopping centers in multiple jurisdictions.
