Professional Experience
Michael J. Spisak is a partner and a member of the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation Defense Group. He focuses his practice on workers’ compensation, business and employment litigation.
Mr. Spisak was in the first class of attorneys in Ohio to become Board Certified as a Specialist with workers’ compensation law by the Ohio State Bar Association. Ohio Super Lawyers and the publishers of Cincinnati Magazine named him an Ohio Super Lawyer® (2004).
Mr. Spisak is licensed to practice in Ohio. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan and Ohio Bar Associations, and the Self Insured Group of Ohio. In addition, he is a member of the Order of Barristers and was a National Moot Court Champion.
