

Professional Experience
Petra has extensive experience in the areas of employee benefits and deferred compensation plans. She has counseled clients in all aspects of qualified retirement plans and welfare benefit plans, including design, implementation, IRS correction programs and employee benefits issues in corporate acquisitions, mergers and dispositions.
Prior to joining Walter & Haverfield, Petra served as corporate counsel with Charles Schwab and, earlier, as Vice President and Assistant Counsel for KeyBank, where she practiced in the Employee Benefits Trust area. Petra began her legal career as an associate with the Cleveland law firm of Thompson Hine LLP.
