

Professional Experience
Tom Schrader is Of Counsel with Walter & Haverfield and is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Employment Law Services. Tom has tried many cases in both federal and state courts. Before joining the firm, Tom was a shareholder, director and chair of the Trial Department at McDonald, Hopkins. Prior to that, he was a shareholder and head of the Trial Department at Cavitch, Familo & Durkin.

Through the years, Tom has specialized in non-compete and trade secret litigation. He has also specialized in employment/wrongful discharge cases in federal and state courts, as well as before the E.E.O.C. and the O.C.R.C. In counseling employers, Tom has written numerous employment manuals.
