W. Clifford Mull

Professional Experience

Cliff is an attorney with the firm’s Technology, Bioscience & Health Care Industry Services section.  His practice includes counseling physicians and health care, life sciences, pharmaceutical and device businesses on regulatory, business, and intellectual property issues.  Cliff plans on sitting for the patent bar in the coming year.  Cliff received his B.A from DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana with a major in Biology and minor in Chemistry.  He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2005 where he completed the Health Law Concentration with honors and was a notes editor of the Law Review.  Cliff was also elected to Order of the Coif and awarded the Richard A. and Brandon S. Collier Award for outstanding achievement in the law-medicine curriculum.  Cliff was awarded, by the School of Graduate Studies, a Master's Degree in Bioethics from the Case Western Reserve University's Department of Bioethics in the School of Medicine.
