Professional Experience
Ben is an attorney with the firm’s Tax and Wealth Management section. He focuses his practice in
three areas: employee benefits, estate planning and federal, state and local tax law. He attended
the University of Akron, where he earned his B.S. degree in 1999 and both his J.D. and Masters
(Taxation) degrees in 2004.
Ben is a member of the American, Ohio State, Summit County, Stark County and Cuyahoga
County Bar Associations, as well as the Ohio Society of CPAs and the Akron Chapter of the
Scanlon Inn of Courts. He currently resides in Massillon, Ohio.
