Companies can keep court ruling from causing injury, as written in Crain's Cleveland Business

workers on their payrolls indefinitely, even if the workers never set foot in the workplace again, based on a
unanimous opinion of the Ohio Supreme Court. The article goes on to highlight the steps an employer can
