Villages go to law firm on rescue billing matter, as written in the Chagrin Valley Times.
In the April 28, 2005 issue of the Chagrin Valley Times, it is reported that South Russell Village, Chagrin Falls, Moreland Hills and Bentleyville will form a group and enter into an agreement with Walter & Haverfield LLP to review recent interpretations of the Medicare regulations regarding ambulance billing. The review could consist of three phases: Researching a complete understanding on the background of the Medicare ruling, visiting Columbus and inquiring whether the decision would be reversed, and a possible full appeal.
