Ohio Governor Appoints Michael Cyphert To Study Committee
Walter & Haverfield Attorney Michael Cyphert was one of six Ohio residents to be appointed by Ohio Governor Robert Taft on July 27, 2005 as a member of the Construction and Demolition Debris Facility Study Committee for a term ending Sept. 30, 2005. Cyphert, whose practice areas include Environmental and Toxic Torts Law and Litigation Services, is from Cleveland.
The Committee studied the laws of Ohio governing construction and demolition debris facilities and the rules adopted under those laws and made recommendations to the General Assembly regarding changes to those laws. Members were not compensated.
The other Committee members include:
