In the December, 2004 issue, SmartBusiness Cleveland features Walter & Haverfield in the “On the Move” section of Real Estate.  The article highlights the Firm’s move into the Tower at Erieview from the Terminal Tower and how the move offers better client service, without losing the tradition and core values of the Firm.

“I think it shows our firm, which was founded in 1932, evolves but doesn’t fundamentally change,” said Ralph Cascarilla , managing partner. “Clients see the office and see the evolution of the enhancements, but it’s nothing that is inconsistent with our heritage and tradition. Clients have different needs. Your firm’s office and infrastructure have to meet client needs.”
