In an article published in the December, 2011 issue of School Business Affairs magazine, titled "Dog and Pony Show: New Guidance for Service Animals in the School Setting," Christine T. Cossler provided advice to school districts which, as a result of new ADA regulations, may be faced with a significant increase in the number of requests for "service animals" on school grounds.
