In an article entitled, "Commercial loan delinquency issue lingers," which appeared in the April 12-18, 2010 issue of Crain's Cleveland Business, Carl J. Dyczek commented upon the causes for the recent dip in commercial loan delinquencies in northeast Ohio and upon the signs pointing toward a slight easing in the availability of bank credit for prospective borrowers.
