In Competition, we counsel and defend our private sector clients as they confront competition issues which affect all modern businesses from antitrust, uniform trade, non-compete agreements, trade secrets, consumer protection and intellectual property issues.
In Media, we counsel and defend a broad range of media clients from the television, newspaper, film, publishing and internet industries on libel, privacy, First Amendment, public assess and public records issues.
