With decades of experience in civil, criminal and administrative law,
Walter & Haverfield serves governmental entities, manufacturers, waste
operators, contractors, industrial/commercial property owners and others
affected by the wide array of environmental legislation and toxic tort
law. Our goal is foremost to eliminate the possibility of client liability
in environmental matters. If hearings or court appearances are unavoidable,
however, we are amply prepared to provide aggressive representation of
client interests.
