The complex nature of the legal needs of health care providers, FDA regulated medical device and bioscience companies and all supply and distribution companies in these industries requires a keen understanding of regulatory laws pertaining to these industries, and their implications, as well as a team approach to developing solutions. - General Counsel services for a wide variety of clients (in areas such as corporate governance, strategic planning initiatives, executive compensation, and responding to outside investigations).

- Structuring of transactions with antitrust, Medicare fraud and abuse, tax exempt status, and other regulatory implications.
- Development of contractual arrangements for medical product manufacturers and distributors.
- Advice and counsel on OIG, FTC, DOJ, and FDA criminal and civil investigations, Medicare and Medicaid audits, and voluntary disclosures.
- Representation of physicians and hospitals in peer review hearings, compliance with HCQIA and Data Bank regulations, and related litigation.
- Development and updating of corporate and other entity documents, Medical Staff Bylaws, and a variety of required filings.
- Advocacy on Medicare coverage and payment appeals.
- Development of contractual relationships for consultants to technology, bioscience and medical device companies.
