U.S. Supreme Court Upholds Michigan Constitutional Ban on Affirmative Action

Marvinney reviewed the Court's decision in the case of Schuette v. BAMN, etc. In this decision, the Court upheld the Michigan electorate's approval of "Proposal 2," which addressed the statewide debate on the issue of racial preferences in the context of governmental decision-making.
