EEOC Issues Pregnancy Discrimination Enforcement Guidance for Employers

In an article published by the Ohio State Bar Association in its quarterly newsletter, Fine Print, Patricia F. Weisberg indicated that the EEOC’s recently-released enforcement guidance regarding pregnancy discrimination in the workplace effectively mandates that employers reasonably accommodate most pregnant employees who have job restrictions.
