This position involves the drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements and transactions for business clients. The ideal candidate will have varied transactional experience including mergers and acquisitions, and/or private equity transactions. This position will involve working on transactional matters, post transaction disputes, and general corporate matters. This position involves the drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements and transactions for business clients ranging in size and complexity from start-up ventures to global Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements

We are searching for a broad-based transactional practitioner possessing extraordinary attention to detail, solid business judgment, and sound client business development skills. The successful candidate will anticipate client needs and next steps while benefitting from a collaborative and collegial work environment. Ohio licensure required. Applicants with experience in business succession planning, estate planning and wealth preservation, as well as real estate transactions will be viewed positively.
