Labor Relations & Collective Bargaining

Education

Walter Haverfield’s Education Law Group includes skilled negotiators who have successfully negotiated numerous collective bargaining agreements with both teaching and non-teaching personnel. Through this representation, our attorneys give educators a voice in their workplace by either serving as the management spokesperson or assisting the board from behind the scenes.

Our Labor Relations & Collective Bargaining Difference

We understand the importance of preparation and assist districts in setting the stage for successfully asserting positions at the bargaining table. Taking a proactive approach, we recognize and embrace the vital importance of the attorney-client relationship during contract negotiations. By collaborating to gain a full understanding of our client’s interests, we can help advance them through the negotiation process.
