Walter Haverfield’s attorneys assist clients with all manners of collective bargaining for employers in a broad range of industries. Our primary goal is to help clients avoid lawsuits through counseling and proactive education. When a claim is filed, our labor and employment attorneys, along with our full-service Litigation Group, have the established experience necessary to defend before judges, juries, arbitrators, and government agencies.

  • Vast private sector experience with managing bargaining impasses, including protracted strikes
  • Routinely defending employers in labor arbitrations from discipline cases to all manner-of-contract interpretation cases and interest arbitration
