Ayden has experience representing both new and established companies negotiate capital raises including the drafting of simple agreements for future equity (SAFEs) as well as membership interest transfers, and both asset and stock purchases. In addition, Ayden counsels clients on general business matters, including governance and day to day operations. Ayden has assisted businesses on their business formation process and their attendant ongoing management concerns, with a focus on entity selection, structure, formation, organization, and exit strategies.
He has represented property owners in administrative appeals under Ohio Revised Code Section 2506.01(A) regarding zoning disputes. Ayden has represented condominium and homeowners associations in matters related to their governance.
