Jessica brings more than a decade of litigation experience to Walter Haverfield, representing employers in labor law and employment matters. She counsels clients in a wide range of areas including labor and employment compliance, executive employment agreements, workplace safety, harassment investigations, product liability, and commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Walter Haverfield, Jessica practiced employment law and commercial litigation at the Cleveland law firm of Wegman Hessler. She was also an employee rights attorney at the Thorman Petrov Group in Cleveland.

Jessica served as a Mutidistrict Litigation (MDL) clerk to the Hon. Daniel Aaron Polster and as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Sara Lioi in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. She was also a Pro Se and Death Penalty Staff Attorney for the court.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and pets, hiking, and attending concerts, live theater, and comedy shows.
