  • Counsels clients regarding compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and related student privacy obligations and concerns.
  • Assists school districts with Office of Civil Rights (OCR) settlement agreement compliance.
  • Counsels school districts regarding attendance, tuition and custody laws.
