Pam is a paralegal who joined Walter | Haverfield in July 2002. She primarily works with the firm’s Tax and Wealth Management group,concentrating on various facets of trust, estate and guardianship administration, asset valuations and transfers, and income and estate tax return preparation. Pam also closely works with the Real Estate and Business Services practice groups, assisting with the formation and governance of non-profit and for-profit entities, dissolution and merger of entities, as well as drafting and filing of deeds and real estate records.
