Russell brings nearly 10 years of labor and employment litigation and counseling experience to Walter | Haverfield. He is highly skilled in the areas of discrimination and harassment claims, employment policies and procedures, leave and FMLA administration, and workplace safety. Russell also brings his knowledge of labor negotiations and dispute resolution, Title IX litigation and policies, and business and other litigation to the firm.
