Shaka Sadler is an associate in Walter | Haverfield’s Labor and Employment group, representing private and public sector employers in a variety of areas, including discrimination disputes, wage and hour claims, and reductions in force. Shaka has extensive experience representing and counseling employers (including Fortune 500 companies) in an array of labor and employment matters involving workers’ compensation claims, non-compete agreements, union avoidance and labor relations.

LABOR & EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION

- Involved with several complex disputes relating to statutes including USERRA, FMLA, and FLSA.
- Successfully negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of clients involved in a wide range of employment disputes, including employee discipline, wrongful termination, harassment and retaliation.
