Two Walter | Haverfield attorneys, Jennifer A. Beer and Megan E. Greulich, have been elected to the firm’s partnership, based on their legal achievements and continued dedication to clients. The additions bring the Walter | Haverfield partnership to 52 members.

Beer is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group and Business Services Group. She focuses her practice on real estate and commercial finance transactions, the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of retail, mixed-use, office, warehouse, and general commercial space, and corporate formation and governance. Beer graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2014. Beer is recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in its 2022 edition for both Corporate Law and Real Estate Law.
Greulich focuses her practice on education law and labor and employment. She has considerable experience providing general counsel to school districts in board governance, personnel, and student matters. Greulich is knowledgeable on the topics of discipline, records, board policies and procedures, collective bargaining agreements, arbitration, parliamentary procedure, and more. She also assists districts with collective bargaining needs, including contract review and negotiations. Greulich routinely provides training for board members, administrators and staff regarding legal updates, general education, and other staff and student-related issues. Greulich graduated from Capital University Law School in 2008.
