As a member of the Walter Haverfield Real Estate Group, Nick drafts and negotiates commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, lease amendments, easements, declarations, subordination non-disturbance and attornment agreements, as well as estoppel certificates. Nick previously served as a paralegal for the United States Air Force where he examined, adjudicated, processed, and settled claims filed for and against the U.S. government pursuant to Air Force policies and federal laws. Nick was honorably discharged after nine (9) years of service and holding the rank of Technical Sergeant.
