Garrett has represented and negotiated terms on behalf of developers, lenders, borrowers, and property owners in complex real estate transactions. He is experienced in the formation of various business entities, including joint ventures, limited liability companies, and corporations. Prior to joining Walter Haverfield, Garrett worked for a prominent real estate development company where he gained experience and participated in the ground up development of large multifamily projects and the acquisition and disposition of a variety of commercial and residential properties.
