Overview

Mr. Bobes counsels and represents a variety of clients in commercial real estate transactions, including developers, property owners, landlords, tenants, and financial institutions, with an emphasis on development, acquisitions, dispositions, sale-lease backs, and joint venture transactions. His practice is national in scope and he has extensive experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating all types of complex development, redevelopment, lease, purchase and sale, and lease agreements.
